The responsibilities of this division are to coordinate an emergency management system of mitigation, preparedness, response & recovery to protect the lives, environment & property of the people of Kentucky.

The numbers on the mailbox or house should be visible from the road during the day or night.
If possible put the number on both side of the mailbox.
The numbers should be 3 inches in height.
If you do not know your address you can call the Owen County Judges’ Office at 502-484-3405.
When you move, have a change of address or build a new home call the Owen County Judges’ Office.
If you want to establish a new road call the Owen County Judges’ Office to make sure it is not already taken or sounds like one in our county.
The Post Office, Electric Companies, Phone Company, Water Companies, Owen County Clerks Office, Owen County PVA can not and should not give you an address. The Owen County Judges Office is the only one who can give you an address in Owen County.
